Elisabeth is an analyst at Ember, an independent energy think-tank. Her work focuses on the energy transition, primarily the decarbonisation of the European power system and its key enablers, such as electricity grids.
She publishes data-based, impact-oriented analyses with the aim of driving policy change at the EU and pan-European level to accelerate the energy transition.
Previously, she was the lead energy modeller at Malta's national energy agency, contributing to the development of the National Energy and Climate Plan amongst other policy documents.
