Krista Juhl brings extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, procurement, and contract management, with a proven track record in delivering strategic and impactful results.

As the former head of procurement for a leading international energy company, Krista built and managed a procurement organization of nearly 50 employees, including 5 team leaders, overseeing 70% of the company’s total procurement volume—exceeding €6 billion. Krista has led negotiations and managed contracts worth multi-billion euros, primarily within the green energy transition sector.

Krista has now co-founded a business management consultancy, where she advise clients in wind and other renewable energy developers within the areas of Procurement, EPC, O&M, organizational development and leadership.
