Jack is Deputy Director - System Planning and Connections at Ofgem where his portfolio covers Electricity Connections and reform; Centralised Strategic Network Planning (CSNP) and Strategic Spatial Energy Plan (SSEP). Prior to this he was Deputy Director of Market Design within the Energy Systems Management and Security (ESMS) directorate.
