Since 2016, Peter Hughes has supported the expansion of Europe’s T&D network by delivering numerous projects using innovative Advanced Conductor (ACCC) technology. Peter maintains routine contact with TSOs/DSOs across the continent and regularly contributes to studies aimed at implementing Innovative Grid Technologies. Peter is a board member of CurrENT and has participated in numerous technical seminars and articles aimed at achieving the EU’s Fit For 55 goals, with a particular focus on doubling transmission capacity within existing corridors.
