Javier has developed his career in the wind energy industry during the last 20 years, having worked for Wind turbines manufacturers and major utilities in Europe. Javier holds a Ms. Mechanical and Industrial Engineering together with an executive MBA. His career has been developed in the areas of Project Management and Procurement, with special emphasis in category Management and strategic procurement.
